Prof. Dr. Cecilia Zanni-Merk

Cecilia Zanni-Merk is a professor in Computer Science at INSA Rouen Normandie and the deputy head of the MISS doctoral school (ED 590) for the Rouen site. Her main research interests are in Knowledge Engineering, logic-based knowledge representation and reasoning, and semantic web, with a particular focus on conceptual representation and inference processes applied to problem-solving.

Dr. Mathieu Bourgais

Mathieu Bourgais received a PhD. degree in Computer Science from Normandy University in France in 2018. He then worked on various project on post-doctoral contract. His main research interests are Agent-Based Systems and Agent-Based Simulations, knowledge reasoning and representation, decision making processes and use of Semantic Web technologies.

 

Gulzar Safarli

Prof. Dr. Alexandre Augusto da Penha Coelho

Alexandre Coelho received a Ph.D. degree in Nanoelectronics and Nanotechnology from the University of Grenoble Alpes at Grenoble, France, in 2019. He is currently an adjunct professor of computer engineering in the department of Teleinformatic at the University Federal of Ceará, Brazil, since 2011. His research interests include Networks-On-Chip, 3D-ICs design, FPGA-based fault injection methodology, and fault-tolerant architecture for emerging computing.

 

 

Prof. Dr. Jarbas Aryel Nunes da Silveira

Jarbas Silveira received the Ph.D. degree in teleinformatics engineering from Federal University of Ceara ́ (UFC) in 2015. He has been an Adjunct Professor with the Teleinformatics Department, UFC, Brazil, since 2009, where he is also with the Engineering Laboratory Com- puter Systems. His research interests are in the areas of embedded systems on digital circuits, computer architecture, on-chip communication architectures, fault tolerance, and real-time systems.

 

 

Prof. Dr. Nícolas de Araújo Moreira

Nícolas de Araújo Moreira has a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (2010 – Federal University of Ceará, UFC, Brazil), a master’s degree in teleinformatics engineering (2015 – UFC), and PhD in telecommunications (2019 – Université de Lille, France). In 2010 was an exchange student at École Centrale de Nantes (France) and was an internship student at Institut de Recherche en Electrotechnique et Electronique de Nantes Atlantique (IREENA, France). Later, in 2011 and 2012, he was an internship student at National Institute for Space Researches (INPE, Brazil). During the final year of his Ph.D., he was an assistant professor at Institut Mines Télécom Lille Douai (Lille, France). Currently, he is a professor at UFC and collaborates with Institut de Recherche pour le Développement (IRD, France) and INSA Rouen (France).

 

José Edilson Silva Filho

Edilson Filho is Portuguese-Brazilian, PhD’s student and researcher at the Laboratory of Computational System Engineering, where he works with firmware development, web and mobile applications. Has experience in projects involving Blockchain, PHP, Laravel, Python, C, NodeJs, ReactJs, React Native Expo, JavaScript, C++, Matlab. He loves to program and is always learning new things.
