ELICITATION -> Ecc bLockchain Iomt deCision fIrmware updaTe nAnosaTellIte cONstellations
The main goal of this project is to develop a multi-agent simulation model to investigate the feasibility of the use of Blockchain concepts for reliable communication in nanosatellite constellations. The nanosatellite constellation will be characterized as an Internet of Mobile Things (IoMT) instantiation and the simulation model will need to take care of trustworthiness aspects in communication and collaborative reasoning among the satellites.
The model will receive inputs related to hardware capability of computation nodes of the satellite (memory, processing capability, availability), communication aspects (channel capacity, reliability …), blockchain configurations (number of nodes, type of keys and algorithms kind). The model will evaluate the formal aspects of the constellation and the performance of the system.
